Lea and I have 11 months of sobriety today. In my typical Pisces way, I see it as being
not as good as closing in on 16 years since I went to rehab and a lot better
than having even less time. It is fantastically
better than being stuck using.
Life is not perfect and we have our problems—just like everybody
else. They are a lot classier problems than
the ones we had while using.
I am grateful for our 11 months.
It is good to be sober today.
11 months is better than being still in the throes of addiction..Your friend sounds wonderful helping you to maintain sobriety..If it takes a good friend to be sober so bet it..hope your healing on your foot/leg continues~
