The Seattle Police department had been mandated by the US Dept of
Justice to change their ways so they stop shooting so many brown people under
the flimsiest of pretexts. To usher in
that change, the SPD got a new chief today, Kathleen O’Toole. Ms O’Tooole has an incredibly impressive

I pray this woman and chief of police gets it that anyone walking down a street on the way home from a minimum wage job or job(s) did not jack some all night place they picked up a morsel of food to sustain themselves until their bus is coming around..Why is it in big cities people of color seem to get the shaft and white people commit most of the robberies, murders and rapes? they are the most people in federal prisons and prisons white people...Maybe this person will put an end to race and hatred, I doubt it but really what can the lady do? she is bound by a lot of many laws in a Philadelphia Lawyer would have a hard time deciphering, but it is a START!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
