Tomorrow is my 57th birthday. My roommate and I are going for a drive to
my childhood home and for a walk in a park somewhere. Tonight we are making a German Chocolate
cake. My sister sent me an Amazon gift
card—which is an easy and practical way to do gifting from the far side of the
world.
I am grateful to be older and wiser.
