More Flu

Still feeling a bit of the flu.

I am grateful it is not a LOT worse.

  1. Hoping you are drinking lots of clear broths and clear liquids and munching on unsalted crackers! This will help you keep something in your tummy, also nice little pudding snacks are great and have yourself some jello too, nothing heavy in your tummy..You could get take-out of won-ton soups and some hot and sour just make sure to sip it slowly and often..bundle up and keep warm and hydrated..Keep taking good care of yourself and please let others wait on you for a change it will make you feel loved and care and that is half the battle with that dadblasted FLU, praying for your quick recovery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
