More and more I’d been thinking about writing in my Gratitude blog. Realized it was two months to the day when I
stopped writing regularly and got motivated to write a post.
My ankle is better, other problems have shown up, I have been seeing my
psychologist from years ago for the last two months. The solution to my mental health issues is to
take action. Writing here is a good
self-care activity.
My plan is to get back to regularly writing on my Gratitude blog in near
future. It might not be the daily thing
like it was. Research has shown
weekly-ish writing actually has a more positive impact than writing about
gratitude like a daily chore.
I am grateful for gorgeous warm sunny June weather, fans, ice cream, my
cats, friends that love and support me, and my sobriety.
I have been wondering how your health was and your sobriety..Good to know you are on top of everything..Here in tiny Vancouver it is scorching and hot, we take off to the coast of Washington state with childhood friends we cannot take the heat and the humidity no air conditioning and take our kitteh cats too. SO GOOD YOU ARE HAPPY AND HEALTHY READING THIS SUNDAY EARLY IT HAS MADE MY DAY TO KNOW YOU ARE FINE..The fact you are grateful for many friends, cat, etc. bodes well in any endeavor in life, keep on truckin as the old song states, and welcome back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ciao and peace and love and joy sent to you daily!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
