By taking 20-30 seconds to “smell the roses” in a mindful way, my mind
has become oriented to focusing on the good in my life in the present
moment. It is a much better way of living instead of
having a chronic anxiety/fearfulness while focused on negative events past,
present and future.
Today I will take in the good as each moment unfolds before me.
I am grateful for the convergence of brain science, meditation and spirituality
information that provide tools I can use to help me feel safe and good.
