Two Months

More and more I’d been thinking about writing in my Gratitude blog.  Realized it was two months to the day when I stopped writing regularly and got motivated to write a post.

My ankle is better, other problems have shown up, I have been seeing my psychologist from years ago for the last two months.  The solution to my mental health issues is to take action.  Writing here is a good self-care activity.

My plan is to get back to regularly writing on my Gratitude blog in near future.  It might not be the daily thing like it was.  Research has shown weekly-ish writing actually has a more positive impact than writing about gratitude like a daily chore.


I am grateful for gorgeous warm sunny June weather, fans, ice cream, my cats, friends that love and support me, and my sobriety.
